Initial counts are due to International Travel for the following Fiesta Bowl Events
Fiesta Bowl National Band Championship
* Chaperon tickets
* Staff field passes
* Booster tickets ( based on received individual Booster reservation forms).
Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade Tickets
* Initial orders (BOOSTERS ONLY) for all Parade tickets. (Ticket orders to be taken from Booster Reservation Forms)
Fiesta Bowl New Year's Eve Party at RAWHIDE
* Band Group total counts including all students, chaperons and band staff
* Booster total counts (based on received individual Booster reservation forms)
Fiesta Bowl Tee Shirts
* All tee shirt sizes due for all band students, band staff and chaperons. (Forms to be sent to Band Director's for names and sizes.
* All tee shirt orders for BOOSTERS to be sent to the Fiesta Bowl offices by International Travel. (sizes are based on information received on Booster Reservation Form)

* Initial Band flight name lists due

* All tee shirt sizes for band students, chaperons and band staff to be finalized for delivery in December
* All tee shirt sizes for BOOSTERS to be finalized for delivery in December

* Final billings to be sent out to all Boosters (for BOOSTERS that have signed up on invidual Reservation Forms.
 November 2010
 November 10th
* Final payments due on all Booster reservations
 November 15th
* All final name changes on flight lists, rooming lists are due. (Note: band workbooks will be posted on your BAND WEB SITE at the end of November.
 December 2010
 1st Week Of December
* All final Booster documents to be sent directly to individual Booster's that have completed the Reservation Form.
* All tee shirt orders to be shipped directly to the FIESTA BOWL OFFICES. Your Escort will pick up shirt orders and will deliver these to your hotel upon your arrival in Phoenix.
* Final workbooks (band chaperons and band staff) to be shipped
* All airline tickets to be shipped
* Fiesta Bowl Director's Workbook to be mailed from the Fiesta Bowl offices.
